1 head romaine * 1/4 c. chopped almonds * 2 chicken breast * 1/4 c fresh raspberries
* blue cheese * salt * pepper
Put a little olive oil in a pan and warm, cube chicken and cook in oil along with salt, pepper, and almonds. When the chicken is done cooked but not browned add the blue cheese and let it get all melty, fyi this will happen quickly so watch it! Pull off heat, put a little into each romaine leaf and top with raspberries. It sounds weird I know...but this is what I do....grab the stuff in my fridge, toss it together, and then eat it :) blue cheese and raspberry is wonderful
